Our Fashion Store in Avondale Estates, Furnishings & Décor also in Avondale Estates and our Boutique & Menswear Store in Decatur. We are a leader in the consignment industry with multiple awards given to us for Best in Atlanta for consignment.

Position Offered – Full-Time Assistant Manager at Finders Keepers Furnishings

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all retail operations. Provide exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding store sales goals, and assisting with inventory, employee management, visual standards and store opening & closing.

Detailed Job Description:
Leadership: Providing employee supervision and management; setting clear expectations and leading by example. Enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Contributing to the hiring and training of new employees.
Customer Service: Establishing rapport with customers to provide excellent service. Handling any customer issues and problems in conjunction with Store Manager.
Sales: Providing product information and suggestions to meet or exceed sales goals, listing products on social media platforms.
Inventory: Sorting incoming consignments, pricing incoming merchandise and ensuring inventory handling procedures are followed.
Merchandising: Ensuring merchandising standards and product presentations are second to none, and create that WOW factor.

Candidate Requirements:
High-School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years retail experience, in a management or key holder role
Knowledge of home design and an eye for interior design.
Reliable and trust-worthy
Must have a positive attitude and friendly personality with customer service focus
The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
The ability to multi-task

Compensation:
Flexible schedule but must be willing to work Saturdays.
